Founded in November 2013, The Parsagon Review is the online journal of PAR[s]AGON: The Paragon of Persian Literature, Culture and Arts, its core team mainly consisting of Literature and Comparative Studies postgraduate students and PhD candidates from Iran. PAR[s]AGON attempts to cover the latest achievements of Iranian/Persian writers and artists in the world on the one hand, and archive the portfolios and reviews of their best works for the English readers. The PAR[s]AGON team’s activities are diverse: specialized translation and consulting services to Persian writers who are ambitious enough to reach global readers, promotion of Persian literature and culture in the English-speaking world, and completion of an online database of contemporary Iranian/Persian literary and cultural figures. PAR[s]AGON is an Iran-based private, non-partisan, and non-political project. If you are interested in our activities, do not hesitate to contact us.
