words(on)pages is an organization created by emerging artists for emerging artists, and we know that, without a big name to put in your byline, it’s ridiculously hard to get recognition for work that may very well deserve accolades. If you are an artist who, at this moment in time, is surviving on ramen and cannot fathom finding the money to get a chapbook bound, we still want to help you value your writing. We want to be the outsider approval you’re looking for.
So we started a literary magazine, and we called it (parenthetical). In it, we publish fiction, non-fiction, poetry, visual, and graphic content, and are also open to other things.
