Free State Review is based in Annapolis, MD, but ships issues throughout the U.S. and France. In addition to the handsome perfect bound print copies, the journal editors support their authors by reviewing their recent books in other publications and by organizing contributor readings in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C.
